I am ever so thankful for my bishop introducing me to bloom. That is how I learned all about betrayal trauma. The bloom team has done their research and interviewed hundreds of women and what they experienced after a betrayal.
Doing these courses shed so much light and made me feel normal for once instead of an insane obsessive, psychotic wife.
Everything I have experienced, I was not alone. Not just by a few people but by hundreds of women who get it, who have been there.
The bloom forum is where you can connect with these other strong women. Any negative comments get deleted. But there never have been any in my experience. Everyone is super helpful, compassionate, and non-judgmental. If you are looking for a group of positive, supportive women, then look no further.
In recovery, you need to find your tribe. A group of people you can trust always lift you and be there for you. That was still the hardest for me. I am not very social, and I'm a homebody. Most of the time, I choose to be alone. But having a tribe is crucial in recovery. Every person needs someone. That is why I'm so thankful for the online bloom forum. If you are unable to socialize in person, it's nice to have that online group who will still be there for you.
